DEI Meets Spirituality

Y'all ever have a full circle moment where things just start to click? This episode was a transformative revelation for me. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) has been an initiative that I have always naturally grated toward and for the brief moment that I wasn't too concerned with the cause, I was able to absorb a bunch of spiritual information that has now brought me right back wanting to work in the DEI sphere once more.

Valuing differences is a critical part of DEI work but also has a direct spiritual connection to us being one of the whole. Come journey with me as I explore this intersection!
